Dr Steven J Quilliam

MB BS (Newcastle 1982) MRCGP DRCOG

I come from the Isle of Man and went to Newcastle Medical School, qualifying in 1981, then returning to the Isle of Man as a junior doctor. I came back to Northumbria to train as a GP in Hexham, and have been a Prudhoe GP since 1985. I work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

I was brought up in Manchester and went to University in Birmingham. I have been a partner here for 10 years. I work part-time and I am available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Having lived in Yorkshire I went to university in Newcastle and qualified in 1993. I trained to be a GP on the Northumberland scheme and became a partner at the surgery in 2000. I am part time and work Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I live locally with my family.

I was born in Saddleworth, near the Peak District. I trained at the University of Newcastle and qualified in 1996. I completed GP training in 2002 and became a partner at the practice in 2003. I am available every day except Fridays, working early on Thursday.

I grew up in Edinburgh and went to University in Newcastle, graduating in 2002. I completed my GP training locally in 2009 and have worked in the North East since. I enjoy all aspects of General Practice with particular interest in Care of the Elderly and contraception. I also perform joint injections. I live in the local area with my husband and three young children. When not at work I enjoy getting out on my bike and love spending time outdoors. I will be working part time on Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
