Antenatal Contact
Every family with children under the age of 5 years has a named Health Visitor, our role is to offer support to families throughout the early years from pregnancy to primary school. Antenatal contacts are offered to all families and will be a chance to meet your named health visitor.
When you meet your named health visitor she will complete an assessment of your family’s health and well-being and develop a plan of care with you. We will discuss your baby’s parent held record (red book).
