Another good free resource for building mental health resilience. Good for patients who are comfortable utilising online resources. You have to sign up but the courses are free. There's a good one incorporating positive psychology principles, and also a coping with COVID-19 course.

A locally funded counselling service which has a shorter waiting time than talking matters. They are also looking at providing some more services so worth keeping a look out on their website. They are linked to The Bridge Project but are also a stand alone service. Anyone can be referred in for counselling although it is not for acute mental health support.
