We are looking to expand our Patient Participation Group and we are keen to welcome new members that can help us make important improvements for everyone.

• Are you a patient here at the practice?
• Would you like to find out more about PMG and the services we are developing?
• Are you able to meet with us in an informal setting and/or respond to surveys and communications via post or email?

We encourage diversity in our PPG and we are particularly looking for young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-british ethnic groups to join us.
